The future is anxiety, depression, the past is

If a person spends far too much time thinking about the past, both beautiful and ugly, very likely to be depressed. If a person spends far too much time thinking about the future, this is also nice that bad, was unlikely to be anxious.

Try to live in the present.

This does not mean you have to take each day as if the future did not exist or does not concern us. It just means that we must suspend our lives until a certain goal or desire a reality.
